Benjamin was born before 19 Apr 1713 and was christened on 19 Apr 1713. He was the son of Isaac Bennett and Martha Unknown.

Benjamin 1st married Abiah Noble (1721–1758) Dec 4 1740 in New Milford, Connecticut ^[1] Abiah is the daughter of John Noble and Abigail Buck.
