Biography

Richard was born in 1924, son of Nelson Moyer Bergey (1891–1979) and Mary W Scheible (1893–1978). He was 5 living at 6327 Regent Street with his parents and brother Raymond 13[1]. In 1940 they are in the same house Richard 15 and Raymond 23[2].
