Elizabeth married first Sir Edward Cherleton (or Charleton), K.G., 5th Lord Cherleton,[1] son of Sir John Cherleton, 3rd Lord Cherleton, and Joan de Stafford, before 1408. They had no issue.[2]
Elizabeth married second before 28 June 1421 to John Sutton (or Dudley), K.G., 1st Lord Dudley,[2] son of Sir John Sutton and Constance Blount.[1] They had five sons and three daughters:

In 1459, Elizabeth was a legatee in the the will of her sister, Eleanor Hungerford, Countess of Arundel, who left her a row of pearls.[1]
Elizabeth died before 8 December 1478 and her husband, John, died 30 September 1487.[1][2] The couple is buried at St. James's Priory, Dudley, Staffordshire.[1][3]

Elizabeth (Berkeley) Sutton appears in unbadged trails (needing more work) to the following Gateways:
Washington Gateways (John and Lawrence) (MCA IV:293-295 WASHINGTON): needs development. See the trali HERE.
See Base Camp for more information about identified Magna Carta trails and their status. See the project's glossary for project-specific terms, such as a "badged trail".
Berkeley-4 and Berkeley-386 do not represent the same person because: The merge has been stalled for over 12 hours, probably by a glitch in the system, so I am rejecting it now and will propose it again. It is possible the system will require a delay before I can do this.
You are right, James, in implying there is no reason to trust what the Peerage website says. It is a site always to be treated with caution. In this case the source shown on the site for the parentage is simply an email sent in by someone in 2007 - not exactly a reliable source.
What is shown here on WikiTree not only corresponds to what is said on History of Parliament Online but also is in accord with the works of Douglas Richardson, with inline citations to them. There seems no good reason to contemplate changing it.
Berkeley, Baroness Sutton Of Dudley-1 and Berkeley-4 appear to represent the same person because: These two have been sitting as Unmerged Matches for over a year. They clearly represent the same person and any discrepancies can be noted in the Biography area. Thank you!!
But History of Parliament (http://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1386-1421/member/berkeley-sir-john-i-1352-1428), which may be more reliable, has her as the daughter of John Berkeley (Berkeley-6) (1352–1428) directly, in agreement with what is presented here.
