Biography
He was born on 26 December 1752[1] probably in Cape Town, Cabo de Goede Hoop.[2]
He was baptised on 31 December 1752 in the Dutch Reformed Church of Cape Town in Cape Town.[2]
On 30 April 1775 he married Anna Elisabeth Jurgens in the Dutch Reformed Church of Cape Town in Cape Town.[3]
He died on 15 April 1811 in the Cape district at the age of 58 years, 3 months and 20 days.[1]
