Hello, my name is Kent Berry. I was born in Arkansas in 1961. I am a restauranteur. I am proud to be able to trace my four grandparents back to Colonial America. Three from Virginia, one from South Carolina. I had nothing to do with it but still I am gratefully proud of this fact. But I also believe that dignity and respect are not contingent upon pedigree, but upon the simple fact of having been born. I have a wonderful wife and her roots are from Eastern Europe. I would like to learn to research her ancestry. Her grandfather lost his life in the purges of Stalin. The government did apologize, but it was several decades later. I hope to be an asset to this community. Sincerely kb
