Need to obtain copy of marriage license, other then transcription to confirm

  • His name was spelled "Jesse Buley" on marriage records with date of Sept 25, 1802
  • 25 SEP 1802 Obtained marriage license but other researchers state they were married on 29th
  • Jesse Bewley and John Huckeby both signed the marriage bond
  • Thomas Huckeby and John Huckeby signed the marriage license
  • Sight deedbooks Eva Franklin reference in Sep of 1805 and 1806 for land sale in Bedford County.

In October, 1816 the church minutes stated: 3rd Saturday.. a charge laid in against John Goodman and against isom Hawkins for wanten to fight Jesse Buly and John Ragland appointed to site them to the next meeting[6], then Nov 1816 The refferencces called for and laid over until nexxt meeting and Abrham Jones and Jesse Buley appointed to site John Goodman & Isom Hawkins to next meeting.

In 1850[2] We fine Jesse 67, Mary 70 listed in Division 1, Barren, Kentucky and he confirms his birthplace was Virginia. Jesse confirms that he is a farmer, and has a property value of about $100. Surrounding the property are many Buleys - believed to be his children and grandchildren - a few are.

In 1860[11] We find Jesse 77, Mary 81 in District 2, Barren Kentucky
