Why does it say that Katherine is the Daughter of William Bicknell and Mary (Forte) Bicknell at the top, but in the bio, it states that her parents are John Bicknell (1495-1564) and Anne Chelscomb (1500-1575)? This is very confusing. Who are her parents? Thanks.
1) There does not appear to be a birth record available, so her place of birth, date of birth, and parents are not known.
2) Someone has put Anne Chelscomb as the mother of
3) her actual husband, John Walker of Warwickshire, www.wikitree.com/wiki/Walker-955, who was removed as her husband 10 Jan 2020. The biography section for him is mostly good (unlike this one) including their 7 children, for whom there are records, which means that
4) Joanna is not her child (note where she was from).
5) Dr Thomas Walker of Nottinghamshire is unlikely to have had any reason to have met Katherine Bicknell of Warwickshire.
6) Richard Warren did not sign the Mayflower Compact aboard the "Anne". It's called the Mayflower Compact for a reason.
7) Richard Warren's father in law, Augustine, can't be her son unless his daughter Doratie was born when he was nine years old.
Most (not all) of this quackery about Walkers may come from the posted "source" -The History of the Walker Family and the Times They Lived by Terry W. Drake, Xlibris Corporation, Jul 6, 2017. You could pay an exorbitant sum for this on amazon, or find it for free on the internet. Let me suggest that there is a possibility that you might have better things to do than read it.
There is a marriage record for Katherine (Katheren) Bicknell married to a John Warren in Southam and a birth record for Augustine born in Southam to Katherine and John. I haven't found a death record for her at all.
Bicknill-1 and Bicknell-102 appear to represent the same person because: Same Husband. I think this is the correct way to merge them, with Bicknell as the surviving LNAB. Please merge. Thanks.
