Abigail was born around 1788 in Cornwallis Township, Kings, Nova Scotia, Canada, based on the date of her first born child in 1807. She was the daughter of Amasa and Roxanne (Cone) Bigelow.
She married Alfred Skinner by 1806.
It appears that she lived her whole life in Cornwallis where she most likely also died. The year of her death is unknown.
Research Notes
There is a will for an Abigail Skinner who passed away in Connecticut in 1855. I believe that many people have confused the Connecticut and the Nova Scotia Abigails. To date I have not found a record of her birth date.
