When his father Richard Biggs III died about March 1626, his mother Sara Biggs and Richard were listed as heirs in his father's will. No mention is made of Thomas and William Biggs who appeared as sons of Richard and Sarah on the List of the Living in 1623/4. Sarah Biggs is appointed guardian of Richard until he reaches the age of 21. [2]
