I haven't been able to find any source identifying Philip Bill's wife as Mary (Burr) Clark. His second wife was Mary (surname unknown), widow of Daniel Clark. I'm detaching third wife Mary (Burr) Clark; she was the wife of a different Mr. Clark per Charles Burr Todd's book.
