Billups, Minerva Martin formerly Minerva Billups, Isham D. Billups, James H. Billups, Dicy M. Armstrong formerly Dicy M. Billups, in Scotland County MO, William P. Billups Jackson County Origon (sic) that the said Sarah Billups died without a will, the he will make a faithful inventory of, and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law directs, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge. (signed) John T. Billups Subscribed and sworn to before me, this 11th day of March 1861 Chas S. Martin Clerk[1]
