Billups says that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of the said Sarah Billups deceased, and their place of residence are respectrully as follows: Annie Troth formerly Annie Billups, John T. Billups, Minerva Martin formerly Minerva Billups, Isham D. Billups, James H. Billups, Dicy M. Armstrong formerly Dicy M. Billups, in Scotland County MO, William P. Billups Jackson County Origon (sic) that the said Sarah Billups died without a will, the he will make a faithful inventory of, and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law directs, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
