Biography
Born in Ohio, Garnet was the daughter of Daniel Binkley and Helen Rachel Fox. The family moved to Alberta, Canada in about 1900. Garnet was married to Andrew Ray MacDougall.

Research Notes
I could not find a record of the marriage of Garnet Binkley to Andrew Ray MacDougall. However, her sister Helen's obituary in 1977 noted a surviving sister "Mrs. A.R. (Garnet) MacDougall of Hamilton, Ontario," which confirmed the connection that the Garnet MacDougall in the FindAGrave record is the same Garnet Binkley from this family.
