Lavinia was born in 1842. Lavinia Bishop ... She passed away in 1879.
In the 1851 census for Woodstock, New Brunswick the family of Enoch Bishop is found with a daughter, Delina, age 9. Perhaps the census taker had misunderstood the child's name. In 1861 Lavinia, age 20, is residing with her uncle John Nixon, and family. At the time of the 1871 census Lavinia is living in Wakefield with Samuel Dickinson & they have a 5 year old son Enoch. Samuel Dickinson dies in February of 1872 and then we see that Lavinia marries James Dickinson in 1873.
