Benjamin Bishop ... [1] Benjamin is person 316 in DJB. There are 9 children listed there. Rem. to Goshen; 1742, to Farmington, now called Southington. Town records state that Benjamin Bishop m. Mrs. Joanna Miller, June, 1793, "he being 83 and she 82 years old." She was dau. of Benjamin Andrews and Elizabeth Gridley, b. Sep. 13, 1712.

Death

He d. Apr. 18, 1794; aged 85 yrs. His property inventoried £l308-18s-6d.
