- MARRIAGE.
- BLACKMAN - Amies - On April 3rd 1911, at St. Matthew's Church, Auckland, by the Revs. Gillam and Robjohns; Miss Violet Annie Elizabeth Amies, only daughter of G. H. Amies was joined in holy matrimony to Albert Edward Blackman of Auckland.

- BLACKMAN - On May 19th at Auckland Hospital, Albert Edward, beloved husband of Violet and father of Douglas, Gladys, Violet and Gwen; aged 48 years. Funeral will leave his late residence, 85 Roberton Road, Avondale at 2.30 p.m. to-day (Thursday) for Hillsborough Cemetery.
