Biography

Mary, daughter of John & Susanna, was baptised on 13 October 1730 in Kenn, Devon, England.[1]

Research Notes

I have seen a website detailing "the descendants of Thos Hyland/Catt", which provides some details suggesting that David (Densham) DUNSTON (sic) was the son of Richard Densham and Mary Blackmore. David Densham is there said to have been baptised at Dunchideoch, Exeter on Nov 9, 1766. His father, Richard Densham is said to have been born on May 27, 1723, & baptised also at Dunchideoch; died May 4, 1788. He was married to Mary Blackmore at Dunchideoch on November 14, 1757. No original sources have been sighted or cited. [Note from Al Orton]

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Mary by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Mary:
