Biography

Carl was born in 1936. He was a son of Lewis Blackwelder & Elma Miller. He grew up in the Mallard Creek community in Mecklenburg County, NC. He married Julia R. Dow in 1958. They had 4 children together. Carl died at his residence in 2004.[1]
