John Charles Blair was born about 1769 in Culpepper, Henry County, Virginia. He died April 3, 1843 in Lynch, Harlan, Kentucky. John married in 1790 Easter Robinson (aka Robertson) born 1772 died about 1840; daughter of Benjamin Robinson (aka Robertson) and Celia Patterson.
