Ralph Blair was enumerated as stepson of the head of household at 288 Whitehall, Atlanta Ward 2, Fulton County, Georgia for the January 15, United States Census, 1920. He was noted as born 1904 in Georgia and single. He was a painter (signs) as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Martin P Inzer, wife Aby Inzer, stepdaughter Louise Blair and stepdaughter Tommie Blair.[2]
