Col. James Blair performed Patriotic Service in North Carolina in the American Revolution.
James Blair served as an Ensign in the North Carolina Militia. The DAR lists that he was also a Private, Orderly Sergeant and Indian Spy serving with Captains Richardson, Ford, Barnett and Boman. [1]
He was buried at Old Mount Moriah Cemetery in Pickens County, Alabama, USA.
