Biography

Bendemeer.

FROM OUR CORRESPONDENT.]

BENDEMEER, Friday Night.

DEATH—I am exceedingly sorry to report the death of Mr. and Mrs. James Blair's son, whose illness I alluded to in my last.. The little one had been taken to Old Moonbi, the residence of his grandmother, where he was attended to by Dr. Stanley, of Tamworth, and was apparently at times on a fair way towards recovery, but, alas, a change for the worse took place on Wednesday, and he passed away the same night.

The death of this child makes it doubly sad for the parents, as it was their only son, they having lost a fine boy a few years ago from that dreadful complaint, diphtheria. Sincere sympathy is felt for Mr. and Mrs. Blair in their sad bereavement.[1]
