Rachel Blair, daughter of William Blair and Margaret (Martin) Blair, was born about 1822 at Plymouth, Devon, England. [1]

1841 Census

On 6 June 1841, 20 year old (approximately) Rachel Blair was living at Back Road, St Ives, Cornwall, England, with her mother Margaret and sister, Mary. [2]

Marriage

William Quick Grenfell, 23 year old bachelor mariner, son of Anthony Grenfell, fisherman, married Rachel Blair, 23 year old spinster, daughter of William Blair, mariner, on 13th May 1844 at St Ives, Cornwall, England. [3]

1851 Census
