Biography

He was born on 27 Aug 1667 in Dorchester, Suffolk County, Massachusetts and his parents were Elizabeth (Clapp) and James Blake.

Joseph Blake married in late 1690 or early 1691 in Dorchester, Suffolk County, Massachusetts to Mehitable Bird. On 05 April 1691, "Joseph Blak who maried ye dafter of John Bird: he was called before ye Church to acknowledg his sin of fornecation before marridg ye which he did to ye satisfaction on ye Church."[1][2]

He died on 01 Feb 1738 in Dorchester, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
