Mary Blake was born 26 Mar 1657 in Milton, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts, the daughter of Edward Blake (1626 - 1692) and Patience (Pope) Blake (1632 - 1690). ^[1] She married the widower, Samuel Pitcher, on 3 Aug 1681 in Milton, Norfolk, Massachusetts, ^[2] and subsequently bore him five children: ^{[1] [3]}
