Cecelia "Selia" "Memo" Blake was born in Polk County, Oregon, 16 December 1866, the daughter of Greenville Blake and Charlotte Elizabeth Cooper.[1][2]
She married William Jefferson McKinney, his second marriage, about 1881.[3][4][5][6]
Memo passed away about August 1949 in Seattle, Washington.[3]
