Blake-708 and Blake-3249 appear to represent the same person because: I am a direct descendant of Charles H. Blake and have done quite a bit of research. I have information that can help fill in the blank about Charles in your profile, including that he was born in 1840. The June 29, 1879 date is the date of his marriage to Bethena Atkinson.
