Biography

Early Life

Mary (Blakeman) Coe was born on 2 Sep 1705 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut Colony, daughter of Zechariah Blakeman (1678 - <1765) and Elizabeth (Denman) Blakeman (1680 - ~1732).[1]

Her siblings were:

  1. James Blakeman (1713 - 1791)
  2. Zachariah Blakeman (1720 - 1779)

Family

Mary (23) married Ebenezer Coe (24) (1704 - 1766) on 18 Dec 1728. Their children were:

  1. John Coe (1729 - 1783)
  2. Zechariah Coe (1732 - 1805)
  3. Captain Ebenezer Coe (1735 - 1820)
  4. James Coe (1741 - 1790).

Death

Mary died on 23 May 1773 in Stratford aged 67.
