William was born on 18 Jul 1864 in Anoka, Anoka, Minnesota. He was the son of Charles Orlando Blanchard and Catherine (Costello) Blanchard.

He married Eva Louise Hammond in 1885 Virgil Township, Cortland, New York.

He died on 29 Jun 1924 in Snyder Hill, Virgil, Cortland, New York.[1] He was buried in Cortland Rural Cemetery.[2]

Is this him? b. May 1864? Married, but living as a boarder in the home of Morris and Etta Miller, working as a farm laborer. Eva is living elsewhere with the kids.[6]

Eva is living with their son, Charles Raymond, in Courtland Ward 5Wm Edward is living with a servant, Addie Kenyon (perhaps 45 yrs old, widow, no children) and two boarders, Addie's mother, Lydia Tanner, b 1826, and Addie's brother, Howard b 1857.[7]

Is this Eddie, age 15? living with Raymond family?[5]

Messengerville, NY farmer, lives alone, widowed, b. Minn, father b NY, mother b Maryland; Addie Kenyon, age 63, lives with her brother, Howard, on farm on Snyder Hill Rd, Virgil, as Head, where she still lives in 1930.[8]
