Patsy Ruth was born about 1816 [1]. She was the daughter of Conley Blankenship and Martha Lester. [2]. She married Joshua Deel in Tazewell, VIrginia in 1839 [3] [4]. Their children [1]:
- Sarah "Sally" (1841-1900)
- Willoughby Patrick "Pee" (1842-1926)
- John Wesley (1844-1924)
She passed away in 1848 [5]
