Biography
William was born in August 1828 in Virginia. He was the son of Ralph Blankenship and Mary Ellen (Adkins) Elkins.[1]
On 22 March 1861 William (age 32) was living in Wayne County, Virginia (now West Virginia).[1]
William died at the age of 67 on 24 April 1896 in Wayne County, West Virginia.[2]
