Thomas Bloomfield son of Thomas Blomfield and Margret was baptised on 14 Nov 1580 at Mickfield, Suffolk, England.[1]
Thomas married Mary Bacon on February 4, 1602/3 in Mickfield, Suffolk, England.[2] FreeREG shows her name as Mary Baker, the entry has been queried.[3]
Thomas was buried on 8 May 1649 in Mickfield, Suffolk, England.[4]
Research Notes
Was WIFE Mary Bacon a sister to Thomas Bacon of Winston who was married to Anne Anne (Blomfield) Bacon. Comment: It's shown that way at FamilySearch but totally undocumented, as usual. Also, Visitation of Suffolk 1561 does not show Bacon family of Winston. Rob Judd 21 May 2023
According to recent transcription of SRO fiche 01 by Susan Law at FreeREG the wife may be Mary Baker. I have queried this but it looks very likely. It seems Phillimore may have been in error on this one.
