Keith was born in 1823 to Ira and Emma Blount in Florida. He married Christine Hancock. He served in the US Navy. When he passed away, he was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida. He shares a grave marker with his wife, but also has a second one further away with this military information.[1]
