Biography

John Boardman was christened at Bathurst, NSW on 22 December 1848. His parents were Job Boardman & Agnes Brownie.^[1][2]

John died in Cowra on 23 May 1930.^[3]

LATE MR. J. BOARDMAN.

John Boardman, late of Binnie Creek, near Cowra, farmer and grazier, who died in May last, at the age of 82 years, left an estate of £43,192. Subject to a bequest of £1000 to Florence Browning, testator left his estate to his widow, Caroline Boardman, Sylvia Watts, and Robert C. Boardman, in three equal shares. He appointed the Public Trustee and his son, John Boardman, executors and trustees of his will.
