Sarah Ann Bocock married Jeremiah Johnson on 12 January 1857 in Lawrence County, Kentucky. Marriage performed by J.D. Ross Jr. Witnesses: John R. Lakin, John D. Fannin, and Jas. C. Laken. [2]
Jeremiah Johnson died and Sarah remarried in 1866 Johnson Bryan (or Briant). In the 1870 census Sarah A. Bryan (formerly Johnson) was residing in Lawrence County, Kentucky with her husband (Johnson Bryan) and their children as well as her son Leander Johnson from her previous marriage to Jeremiah Johnson.
