Margaret Louella Bogan was born on January 1, 1871 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, USA the daughter of Alsa Bogan and Sarah Jane Davis Bogan.
Margaret married Alfred Goodwin Cooke. They had the following children:
- Vivian Pauline (Cooke) Simmons,
- Birdie Marie Cook,
- Herbert Lee Cooke,
- Clevia Mae Cook,
- Cleveland Rooselvelt Cook and
- Belleview Cook
Margaret died January 28, 1951 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina and was buried at Boiling Springs First Baptist Church Cemetery in Boiling Springs, Spartanburg County, South Carolina, USA.[1]
