Biography

Catlijn was a daughter of Pieter Bogert and Fijtje Tijsse, baptized on 5 May 1697 in the Reformed Dutch Church of New York (i.e., Manhattan, formerly New Amsterdam). [1]

WikiTree contributors have reported her birthplace as Bergen, New Jersey, and Harlem, New York, but the basis for this information is not indicated.

Death: 1772 Tappan, Orange County, New York, United States.[citation needed]
