Biography
Daniel L. Bowman son of John J. Bowman and Elizabeth B. Beeghley married first, 18 April 1834 to Magdalena "Mary" Boger daughter of Bishop John Boger and Barbara Breneisen. Daniel and Mary had fourteen children: Cornelius, mary Catherine, Barbara, John, Katherine, Moses, Elizabeth, Susan, Anna, Sarah Sally, Elias, Infant daughter, Lonnie Magdalena, and Michael. Secondly Daniel married 10 November 1853 in Barbour Co., VA (WV), USA, to Mary Catherine Howell. Daniel and Mary Catherine had one daughter Cynthia.
