According to the Find A Grave memorial above, Robert's will was recorded 30 Aug 1661 in the Northumberland Co. Va. Record Book 1658-1666. On the same page Mr. James Hawley and Edward Hawley made oath on __ 26th 1662 that they witnessed this will, and 10 Feb 1662 it was proved & recorded. This information was taken from the book Baugus, Boggus, & Boggess Footprints on the Sand of Time, by Joanna Fox & JoAnn Smith. They also wrote, "Then on a later page in that old will book is recorded 1662, 20 9ber that James Hawley and his son Edward did witness Robert's will and the court ordered that their depositions be taken." Does this place Robert's death between 30 Aug 1661 & 10 Feb 1662 or between 10 Feb 1662 & 20 Sep 1662?
