This was an orphan profile that I adopted 9/28/18. I have a copy of Boggs Family notes dictated from memory by Jemima B. Miller at Wellington, WV, autumn of 1920. I assume Jemina B. Miller was Jemina Vandal, daughter of John Boggs Vandal and Zeruah Ingram. She would have been 83 at the time of the notes.

I will either scan and upload Jemima's notes or retype them and upload.
