Biography
Hugh was born in 1801. He was the son of John Boggs and Nancy Abigail Wells. He married Hannah Blevins in 1821. Hugh passed away in 1886.[1]
Hugh's marriage took place on 9 August 1821 in Floyd Co, Kentucky to Hannah Blevins. Bond dated 3 August 1821 includes a consent of James and Hannah Blevins, parents of Hannah. [2]
