MORGAN COUNTY DEALER DIES AFTER ILLNESS
Robert D. Bolyard, 46 year old partner in Bob and Jim's farm equipment sales at McConnesville, died at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday en route to Bethesda hospital in an ambulance. He suffered an illness of two years, but had been active in the sales business until last February.
He resided with his family on Malta Rt. 3.
Mr Bolyard in 1953 had entered the dealership with a cousin, James Sidwell.
Born at Fellowsville, WV, Dec 10, 1911, he was the son of Albert and Dona Sidwell Bolyard, who reside at Portersville. He spent most of his life in Morgan county.
Surviving also are his wife, the former Nellie Wells of Ringgold; two daughters and four sons; Mrs. Patricia Lee North of Malta Rt. 3 and Judith, John, Frederick, Jerry and Kenneth, all of the home; a sister and four brothers; Mrs. Paulene Funk and Roscoe and Ray of near Corning, Emmett, of Crooksville Rt. 1 and Everett of Terra Alta, WV; and three grandchildren.
List rites will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at The Wolf Creek Church of Christ with burial in Maplewood Cemetery in Glouster.
