Biography

When Georgianna A (Bonta) Penney was born on October 23, 1847, in Kentucky, her father, Harvey, was 23, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 23. She married Charles T Penney in 1864 in Mercer, Kentucky. They had nine children in 22 years. She died on August 29, 1911, in Washington at the age of 63, and was buried in Spokane, Washington.

Try looking at the surname Banta, which Bonta seems to be a spelling variation of. I have family listed as Bantas that originally came from the Netherlands however for some the headstones read Bonta...same family.
