Last Will and Testament:
On June 20, 1713, Elizabeth Booker of Nanjemoy, Charles, Maryland, executed her Last Will and Testament leaving her estate as follows: first, to her son William Britt, three pounds; second, to her daughter Mary Gray, two pence; third, to her daughter Martha Barker, her bed and furniture; fourth, to her daughter Margaret Dunnintun, one cow and calf; and fifth,the remainder of personality, equally, to her remaining children George, Henry, Richard, Susana, and Martha; sixth, she nominated her sons George Britt and Henry Britt her executors. Witnesses: Daniel Harper and Mary Harper. Proved June 9, 1713. Henry Britt resigned as executor July 9, 1713.[1]
