Thomas was born in 1705. He was the son of John Boring and Mary Kemp. He passed away in 1761.[1]
Thomas married Mary Haile on 21 Jan 1730 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Baltimore Maryland. [2] He then married Elizabeth Welch on 3 Feb 1734 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Baltimore, Maryland. [3] He executed his will on 30 May 1759. [4]He died about 1761. [5]
