Henri-Louis est né vers 1905, fils de Louis Boucher et d'Éléonore Bolduc.
Il a épousé Rosanna Chabot le 27 août 1928 à Sainte-Sabine, Bellechasse, Québec, Canada.[1]
Il est décédé le 28 janvier 1987 à l'Hôtel Dieu de Lévis, Québec, Canada. Il a été inhumé à Sainte-Sabine trois jours plus tard.[2] Il était âgé de 81 ans et sept mois.
