Biography
Joseph Boucher (aka Paquette) was born on January 15, 1873.[1] He is the son of Oliver Boucher and Alice LaLonde. He married Marie Louise LaFrance, widow of William Taylor, on March 6, 1893 at Pembroke, Ontario.[2][3]
