No. 158 Pg. 114 On October 18, 1823 widow Nicholas LIRET sold land to Henry S. THIBODAUX to wit; a certain tract situate in this parish and on Bayou Terrebonne being 3 Arpens fronting on the right side going down and opposite to the land of Jean BOURK, bounded above by the land of Henry S. THIBODAUX and below by land of John Mc HENRY, with depth as the certificate of confirmation calls for, for $300.00. $150.00 to be paid in 1824 and $150.00 to be paid in 1825. Witnessed by L. DARBOIS and Pierre GAUTIER.

No. 1583 Pg. 192 5/993 On February 12, 1835 Jean BOURG declared that he sold, ceded, abandoned and delivered a certain piece of land, to Pierre Marcelin BONVILLAIN, situated a short distance below Bayou Cane, containing three arpents front, on left bank of Bayou Terrebonne, with depth of thirty-four chains, or such depth as survey calls for, bounded above by land of Leandre B. THIBODAUX, and below by land of Jean Jacques LEBOEUF. It being same land vendor acquired from Nicolas LIRETTE. He sold land for $320.00. Now appeared Rosalie Leonore LIRETTE, wife of Jean BOURG, who declared that she authorized the sale.
