Biography

Marie-Madeleine Bourg was born about 1694 in Port Royal, Acadie, Nouvelle-France. Her parents were Martin Bourg and Marie Potet. Her family lived in Port Royal in 1693[1] and in 1698[2] so she is assumed to have been born in Port Royal.

She married René Aucoin around 1713 in Acadie.

  4. Marie Aucoin
  5. Magdeleine Aucoin
  6. Cécile Aucoin
  7. Anne Aucoin
  8. Elisabeth Aucoin

She died between September 1755 and the end of September 1756.

The will of René Aucoin was notarized by Louis De Courville, notary at Fort Beauséjour, at Beaubassin on 10 Aug 1754. He divided his goods among his children. [3]
