Charles Lewis Bourne was born on 20 Apr 1866 in Jessamine, Kentucky, United States, son of Elijah Bourne (1832 - 1898) and Minerva (Peyton) Bourne (~1838 - >1868).[1][2]
Charles died at his home on 16 Jan 1949 in Nicholasville, Jessamine, Kentucky.[1][2] He was 82 years old and a retired farmer.[1][2] He is buried in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Kentucky.[1][2][3]
Family that survived his passing include his wife Ida, four daughters, Mrs. Louise Powell, Mrs. Homer Allender, Mrs. Ernest Wilson, and Mrs. Cliff DeVeney, and a son, John C.[1]
