Biography
Mathilde LeBlanc was born about 20 May 1835[1] in Minudie, Nova Scotia.[2]
Mathilde married Hyppolite Bourque on 20 Jan 1856 in Saint-Anselme, New Brunswick.[3][4] The witnesses were André Melanson and Flavie Bourg. The parents are not named.
In the 1871 census Matilde (age 39) was recorded as married in Shediac, Westmorland, New Brunswick.[5] She was listed with her husband Polite and children Rosalie, Amelia, Sarah, and Josephine.
In the 1881 census Matilde (age 48) was recorded as married in Moncton, Westmorland, New Brunswick.[6] She was listed with her husband Hippolyte Bourque and children Emélie, Sara, Joséphine, and Joseph.
In the 1891 census Methilda (age 58) was the wife of Hippolyte Bourque in Moncton, Westmorland, New Brunswick.[7] They were listed with children Josephine and William.
In the 1901 census Mathilda (age 65) lived with her husband Hippolyte Bourque in Moncton, Westmorland, New Brunswick.[1] Her date of birth was given as 20 May 1835 in Nova Scotia.
She died on 20 Sep 1910 in Saint-Anselme, aged 78.[2]
